What We Accomplished & What We Have Yet To Do
Items accomplished by the board since last year are as follow.
- Review of parking lot upgrade

- b. Items involved (Labor, Material, supplies, lighting, etc.)
- c. Repayment anticipation
- 5. Other items accomplished
- a. Asphalt regraded
- b. Septic pumped
- c. Parking lot expanded
- d. Lights being added to expanded parking lot
- e. Protective Ballards in around all obstacles
- f. Weeds controlled
- g. New sign up for $300.00
- Internet available
- The landscaping contract was expanded to include the spraying of weeds around the buildings.
- Thank you to all who made these accomplishments possible!
Items on our list that were not done this year
- Replace the trim around the man doors as necessary on the outside of the units.

The Annual Meeting of the Greenhead Commercial Unit Owners Association will be held at 7:00 PM Tuesday, December 8, 2020 virtually on Zoom or by phone and Lloyd will send link a few days in advance of the meeting.
