Notice of the Annual Meeting of the Greenhead Commercial Condo Unit Owners Association

The Annual Meeting of the Greenhead Commercial Unit Owners Association will be held at 7:00 PM Tuesday, December 8, 2020 virtually on Zoom or by phone and Lloyd will send link a few days in advance of the meeting.  All members are asked to attend. If you can’t attend, please complete the proxy and mail it to the Greenhead Commercial Condo Owners Association, PO Box 655, Belgrade, MT 59714, or give it to a member who will be attending. All board members will be present. The Board members are:

At the annual meeting we will elect board members to serve for two years. If you wish to be nominated, please let me or one of the board members know. The two board members whose terms are up this year have offered to stay on the board for another term if elected. Those members are Kate Reid and Mike Andriolo.

Items accomplished by the board since last year are as follow . Review of parking lot upgrade a. Total cost b. Items involved (Labor, Material, supplies, lighting, etc.) c. Repayment anticipation 5. Other items accomplished a. Asphalt regraded b. Septic pumped c. Parking lot expanded d. Lights being added to expanded parking lot e. Protective Ballards in around all obstacles f. Weeds controlled g. New sign up for $300.00 Internet available The landscaping contract was expanded to include the spraying of weeds around the buildings. Thank you to all who made these accomplishments possible! Items on our list that were not done this year Replace the trim around the man doors as necessary on the outside of the units.
